Who We Are

  • Mike

Mountain leader, jungle expedition leader trainer for an award winning company and Scuba diving instructor. Outside of the expedition world Mike is also a reputable designer and woodworker. Over the course of his life he’s designed and built cabins, organic swimming pools and bespoke furniture for private clients. Mike spends his spare time taking motocross trips, endurance races, and also boasts an unsupported 11 day trek in a direct line across the Costa Rican rainforest, coast to coast.

  • Callum

Solo crossings through, over and across some of the worlds most famous mountains ranges, deserts and jungles including the infamous and lawless Darien Gap – a dense 100km stretch of jungle between Panama and Colombia. Big supporter of well organised, minimalist, ultralight adventures.

  • Mynor

Indigenous Costa Rican tour guide. Mynor and his family still live within a jungle community where electricity isn’t used yet. Proficient in 7 different languages, mostly european, with an understanding of the wild like no other. A fountain of knowledge when it comes to flora, fauna and indigenous history. A superb storyteller and natural craftsman.

  • Rafa

Indigenous Costa Rican farmer and groundskeeper. With many years of tradition passed down through the generations on farming techniques, plant and animal identification and chocolate making, the farm wouldn’t be the place it is today without the help of Rafa.

  • Olivia

With a long background in ecology, Olivia has been studying butterflies in the highlands of Costa Rica and worked in the prevention of illegal bird hunting in Malta. Here to make sure you get the best out of Costa Rica’s amazing wildlife, such as snakes, sloths and the amazing diversity of birds. Currently training for a mountain leader qualification, Olivia has trekked through the remote wild of Madagascar, including knocking off the highest peak on the island.
